We split-base the rum with a combination of Kuleana Rhum Agricole and our special jungleSTEM four rum blend. The sweet pineapple forward juice is then balanced with our locally grown orange and lime citrus. Finally, we spice things up with velvet falernum liqueur and top off with fresh ground nutmeg and cinnamon. It will melt your face off, but you won't feel a thing.
1 1/2 ounces Kuleana Rum Works Hawaiian Rhum Agricole
1 1/2 ounces of jungleSTEM rum blend
1/2 ounce jungleSTEM orange juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 ounce jungleSTEM lime juice, freshly squeezed
1 ounce pineapple juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 ounce of John D. Taylor's Velvet Falernum Liqueur
Shake with pebble ice until diluted and pour into a sugarcane Tiki mug.
Fill with pebble ice and garnish with 3 pineapple fronds flanked by 2 pineapple wedges.
Add fresh ground nutmeg and cinnamon to finish off the cocktail.
