2 ounces of J. Wray & Nephew rum
4 ounces of Ting grapefruit soda
½ ounce of lime juice (optional)
Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour the rum and Ting over the ice and gently stir to combine. If Ting can’t be acquired, the drink can be made with another grapefruit-flavored soda, but the full-strength, Jamaican pot still rum can’t be replaced in this recipe.
