
2 ounces blended lightly aged rum (Probitas, Don Q Reserva 7, Hamilton Breezeway, or Plantation 3 Star)
1 ounce fresh lime juice
½ ounce Demerara syrup
1 ounce seltzer
½ ounce Yellow Chartreuse
Add all ingredients (except seltzer) into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
Shake and strain into a double old fashioned glass filled with crushed ice, topping off with seltzer.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
