jungleSTEM Bird (jungleSTEM variation of Jungle Bird)

Our twist on the Jungle Bird features Doctor Bird Jamaican rum in lieu of traditional black strap rum.  Add a splash of Hamilton 151 and this funky bird will have you flapping your wings and squawking like Morris Day before the ice melts!

• 1 1/2 ounces Doctor Bird Jamaican rum

• 1/2 ounce Hamilton 151 Demerara

• 3/4 ounce Campari

• 1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice, freshly squeezed

• 1/2 ounce jungleSTEM lime juice, freshly squeezed

• 1/2 ounce Liber & Co Demerara syrup

• Garnish: pineapple wedge and 2 pineapple fronds
